  • Short parent FAQ: fees, class size, nearest MRT. Designed to: answer the questions parents usually ask before booking.

Questions owners usually ask

How much does it cost?

Packages start at $[[PRICE_STARTER]] for a one-page site. See the packages above. The price is fixed in writing before we start, so there are no surprises.

How long does it take?

Most sites go live within [[TIMELINE_STANDARD]] of you approving the concept. The thing that usually slows it down is waiting for photos and details, so having those ready helps.

Is the concept really free?

Yes. We send you a mockup of your new homepage. If it's not for you, you don't owe anything and we won't chase you.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and the site runs on a hosting account in your name. If you stop working with us, everything stays with you.

What about hosting and maintenance?

Sites like these are usually free or very cheap to host. Your main ongoing cost is the domain, about $[[DOMAIN_COST]] a year, paid directly to the domain company. After launch, you can pay per change or add the optional care plan.

What do you need from me?

Your logo if you have one, a few photos (phone photos are fine), your services and prices, opening hours, the areas you cover, your WhatsApp number, and access to your Google Business Profile if you have one.

Can you guarantee more customers, or the first page of Google?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. What we can do is fix the things that commonly stop people from enquiring, set up the local search basics properly, and show you which buttons people tap.

I don't have a website yet. Can you still help?

Yes. Send us your Google listing, Instagram or Facebook page instead, and we'll base the concept on that.

My site is on Wix, Squarespace or WordPress. Do I have to move?

Usually we rebuild it as a fast, simple site that you own. If you'd rather stay on your current platform, tell us and we'll say honestly whether we can help.

Who is this for, and who isn't it for?

It's for owner-run local businesses that get customers through Google, WhatsApp and word of mouth. It isn't the right fit if you need an online shop with hundreds of products, a custom booking system or app, or a large corporate site.

Fresh Coat Labs is a small website studio in Singapore. We work with owner-run businesses, the kind where the owner answers the WhatsApp messages themselves.
